External Endpoints let you connect your applications running on NC-CaaS to external servers/systems like a Database Server, an SMTP Server, an SMS Gateway etc.
For such external access, an External Endpoint Request needs to be submitted, against which an Entry IP will be allocated.
Subsequently, firewall port requests to the External Endpoint needs to be submitted from the allocated Entry IP for connecting the application running inside NC-CaaS to external server.
Specify the type of External Service, the IP Address, and the Port number
Registered Cloud users may Click here and submit their Service Request (SR) to avail the above service, whereas new users ( i.e., users not yet registered for cloud ) are requested to first apply for the Cloud Registration with reference to the On-boarding procedure.
